Bringing bold North East energy to streetwear photography

The challenge

Eighty6 Clothing is a homegrown streetwear brand with serious attitude – bold designs, gritty visuals, and a strong sense of identity. They didn’t want your typical polished fashion shoot. This wasn’t about high gloss and empty poses. They wanted raw. Real. Loud. Something that shouted Sunderland style with no apologies.

They needed a shoot that matched the brand’s voice – edgy, urban, full of character – while making sure the product still stood out. No fluff. Just fierce design and sharper visuals.

The solution

Time to get the crayons out (well, camera in this case).

We scoped locations with texture and grit – rooftop car parks, graffitied underpasses, and brick backdrops that ooze North East urban realism. Lighting was kept moody and minimal, using shadows and contrast to spotlight the designs.

Model styling was kept stripped back: statement tattoos, strong body language, and sharp silhouettes. The Eighty6 logo – a proper standout in both red and neon orange – became the hero of every frame. No distractions. No nonsense.

We shot across multiple setups to give the brand content flexibility:

  • Hero portraits for banners and ads

  • Detail-focused shots for socials and product pages

  • Candid, mid-action frames to show attitude and energy

Every frame was intentional – built to help the brand sell clothes, build hype, and show up online with confidence.

The results

✅ High-impact image bank delivered in under 48 hours
📈 Increased engagement on socials within the first week
🛍️ Boost in product page conversion after updating imagery
🧠 Visual consistency across web, socials, and email

And the best part? The team at Eighty6 said the photos “finally feel like us”. That’s the win right there.
