Terms and Conditions for Northern Photography Engagement Photoshoot Competition

1. Promoter:
   The competition is run by Northern Photography, a part of Northern Design & Marketing, based in the North East of England.
2. Eligibility:
   • Open to residents of the North East of England, aged 18 or over.
   • Employees of Northern Design & Marketing, their immediate family members, or anyone else professionally connected to the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter:
   To participate, entrants must submit their engagement story via the competition form. No purchase necessary.
4. Competition Period:
   • The competition starts on 1st November and ends on 1st December at 11:59 PM GMT.
   • Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
5. Prize:
   One (1) winner will receive:
   • A free 1-hour engagement photoshoot at a location within the North East, agreed upon by the winner and Northern Photography.
   • 20 professionally edited digital images.
   • Optional pre-shoot consultation.
6. Winner Selection:
   • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced soon after the closing date.
   • The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Northern Photography reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Prize Conditions:
   • The engagement shoot must be scheduled within 6 months of the winner announcement.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
8. Content Usage:
   By entering, participants grant Northern Photography permission to use their engagement stories and any photos taken during the photoshoot for promotional purposes.
9. Data Protection:
   • Entrants agree to be added to Northern Photography’s database and receive marketing communications.
   • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Northern Photography’s privacy policy, and entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
